These terms govern your use of fstr.in (“fstr”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use fstr.in.

What fstr.in is

fstr.in is a free, community-driven directory of running events in India. We aggregate event information from organisers’ public pages and from community contributions, and link you to each event’s official registration page. We are not the event organiser, and we do not sell registrations, tickets, or bibs.

Accuracy — verify before you pay

Event details (dates, prices, routes, registration status) can change, and our data may be incomplete or out of date. Information is provided “as is”. Always confirm details on the organiser’s official page before registering, travelling, or paying. Registration and payment happen on third-party sites governed by their own terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with an organiser.

Contributions & reviews

• You may submit events, suggest edits, and post reviews. Submit only accurate information you have the right to share.
• Reviews must reflect genuine experience; reviews of an event can be posted only after it has taken place.
• By contributing, you grant fstr.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your contribution as part of the public event record.
• Contributions are subject to moderation. We may edit, remove, or decline content at our discretion.

Organiser accounts

Organisers may claim their organisation. Claims are verified by our team before approval. Verified organisers may manage their profile and mark their official events. Submitting a claim you are not authorised to make is a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Don’t scrape, bulk-download, or overload the service.
• Don’t post spam, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Don’t attempt to break, probe, or circumvent the security of the service.

Intellectual property

The fstr.in name, design, and original content are ours. Event information sourced from third parties remains the property of its respective owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us at hello@fstr.in and we will review it.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

fstr.in is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including event changes, cancellations, inaccurate listings, or transactions with organisers or third-party platforms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms. You may stop using fstr.in at any time and request deletion of your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
